  My wife and our 3 friends came to Salt Lake City on our way to Yellowstone and decided to take a tour of Utah. We found City Sights. From the moment we got in the smelly van we were not impressed with the lack of courtesy of the guide. we were then joined by 10-12 more people on the tour and hearded around salt lake city like a bunch of cattle and not treated that much better. This 4+ hour tour was boring, the lunch was awful and the tour guide was obviously not happy to be there. Our whole party was very dissapointed in the entire tour even though Salt Lake City is a very beautiful place. I called the company and asked for some of our money back and I was told no! when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was not taking calls. This is no way to run a tour or a company!
